About Us & FAQ

Not a gimmick or get rich scheme.

About Ztockly

Ztockly is a real-time trading alerts service built for traders who want precision over noise.

Most alert services try to win by sending more signals. We built Ztockly around the opposite idea:

Most traders don’t lose because they miss trades -they lose because they take the wrong ones.

Ztockly is designed to filter for moments where:

risk is defined, market pressure is building, and the next move is more likely to expand (instead of chop).

You don’t need a new platform to learn or a dashboard to babysit. Our goal is simple:

Deliver actionable alerts fast enough for a calculated decision — for active traders and busy professionals alike.

What you’re subscribing to

You’re subscribing to alerts (not access to the internal app). Alerts are delivered in real time and are designed to give you enough lead time to evaluate and execute thoughtfully.

Alerts are built using a multi-engine framework that evaluates different market conditions, including:

market structure shifts,

momentum continuation,

disciplined pullback entries,

and volatility compression → expansion opportunities.

Ztockly is meant to be selective. If you’re looking for constant alerts all day, this is not that.

How Alerts Work (High Level)

Each alert is generated when multiple conditions align. When an alert triggers, you’ll typically receive:

Direction (long/short)

Entry guidance (the level/zone we’re looking to act)

Stop / invalidation level (where the setup is no longer valid)

Targets (structured profit-taking levels)

Confidence score (so you can match trades to your risk tolerance)

A brief “why” explanation (what conditions aligned)

We aim for fewer, higher-quality alerts rather than a constant stream of mediocre setups.

Watchlists: Your picks + Curated picks

You can choose:

Your own watchlist (the tickers you care about)

Curated watchlists (high-potential names we monitor)

Ztockly is built to support “trade what you know” and “discover what’s moving,” without forcing you into one approach.

FAQ

Is this financial advice?

No. Ztockly provides educational and informational content only. We do not provide financial, investment, or tax advice, and we are not acting as your advisor.

You are responsible for your own decisions, position sizing, risk management, and results.

Can you guarantee performance or returns?

No — and you should be skeptical of anyone who does.

Trading involves risk. Even high-quality setups can fail. Ztockly’s goal is to improve decision quality and risk framing, not promise outcomes.

Who is Ztockly for?

Ztockly is best for:

active traders who want structured, real-time alerts

busy professionals who can’t stare at charts all day

traders who value selectivity, discipline, and risk control

traders who want fewer but more meaningful setups

Who is Ztockly NOT for?

Ztockly may not be a fit if you:

want dozens of alerts every day

want “get rich quick” signals

refuse to use stops / risk management

expect the system to trade for you

How fast are alerts? Will I still have time to act?

Alerts are sent in real time when conditions are met, and they’re designed to provide enough lead time for a thoughtful decision.

That said, timing can be affected by:

market speed (especially small caps)

email provider delays

your internet connection / device notifications

For best results, we recommend enabling push notifications on the email account you use for alerts.

Why do some days have fewer alerts?

Because we’d rather send no alerts than send low-quality ones.

Market conditions aren’t always favorable. Selectivity is a feature, not a bug.

What does the confidence score mean?

Confidence is a structured way to express alignment across factors like:

structure and trend context

volatility compression/expansion potential

momentum quality

clarity of invalidation (risk definition)

Higher confidence:

tends to be rarer,

tends to be cleaner structurally,

but still isn’t guaranteed.

You choose how you trade it (size, aggressiveness, or pass).

Do you provide entry, stop, and targets?

Yes - alerts are designed to include the key decision components:

an entry concept (level/zone)

a stop/invalidation level

target levels

This gives you a complete trade frame, not just “buy/sell” noise.

Do I need a specific broker?

No. You trade through your own broker.

We do not execute trades on your behalf.

Is this a dashboard / app subscription?

No - you’re subscribing to the alerts service.

(We may expand product offerings later, but the subscription is for alerts delivered to you.)

What markets do you cover?

Currently:

U.S. equities

Planned:

forex

options

crypto

How do I choose which stocks I get alerts for?

You can use:

your own watchlist, and/or

curated watchlists

This way you can keep it focused, or broaden it—without drowning in noise.

How often will I get alerts?

It depends on market conditions and your watchlist size.

Ztockly is built to be selective. Some days may have multiple high-quality alerts; other days may have few or none.

Do you alert pre-market or after-hours?

This depends on your session settings and how you trade.

In general:

Many traders prefer regular market hours for liquidity and cleaner execution.

Some opportunities can occur outside normal hours, but risk can be higher.

If you enable extended sessions, you should understand the risks: thinner liquidity, larger spreads, faster whipsaws.

What does “cancel anytime” mean?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal. Once canceled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

(Trial terms depend on the plan you select at checkout.)

Do you offer refunds?

Because this is a digital subscription service with immediate access and onboarding, refunds are generally not offered.

However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving alerts, contact support immediately and we’ll work to resolve it promptly.

What support do I get?

You receive:

-premium onboarding support after subscribing

-troubleshooting help if you’re not receiving alerts correctly

-guidance on interpreting alerts (educational, not financial advice)

Is my data private?

We respect privacy and collect only what we need to provide the service (e.g., your email for alert delivery and onboarding).

We do not sell your personal data.

Risk Disclosure (Important)

Ztockly provides educational information only and does not provide investment advice. You are responsible for all trading decisions.
